• Information you provide: your name and mobile number (required); email, WeChat ID and industry (optional).
• Recorded automatically when you submit: time of submission, IP address and browser type, used only to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions.

2. How we use it

Only to contact you, understand your needs and tell you about our AI customer service. We do not sell it or share it with any third party for marketing.

3. Where it is stored

Your information is stored on our server in Tokyo, Japan. By submitting the form you separately consent to it being transferred to and stored on that server. We protect it with access controls and encrypted transmission (HTTPS).

4. How long we keep it

Until it is no longer needed to contact or serve you, and no longer than 2 years. If you ask us to delete it, we will do so promptly.

5. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email privacy@kefu.ing and include the contact details you submitted.

6. Changes to this notice

If we update this notice, the new version and date will be posted on this page.
